Return & Refund
Every order sent out has been quality checked to ensure damaged items are not sent out to our customers. Should you notice your jewelry is damaged, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order:

Simply send us an email at wearandbeco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and please include the following details:
1.) Order number or Invoice number
2. ) Your full name
3.) Photos of damaged item & delivery receipt
4.) Description of how you discovered the damage

We will review all the details and verify if you are eligible for a refund. If you have been determined to be eligible for a refund, we will provide you with an address to return the damaged item. The delivery charges will be your responsibility and we sugges to use a reputable delivery service with tracking number to ensure your item is returned safely.
All items need to be returned in it's original condition including but not limited to packaging (pouches, boxes etc) and marketing materials. Please email us your shipping / tracking code after dispatching your returned item. Refunds will take approximately 2 weeks to process after the returned item is received.
